Hello!

I'm Larissa Seibel, a systems designer and strategic facilitator with 18 years of experience helping values-driven organizations do things they've never done before.

I work at the intersection of strategy, power dynamics, and implementation, using facilitation, storytelling, and visual thinking to build shared understanding across diverse groups of people.

My approach is joyful, inclusive, and grounded in decolonial thinking about how power, collaboration, and change really work.
